Access to bluArc’s self-serve portals have been restored. We have tested and validated our Zero Day Exploit vulnerability and all systems are operating normally. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work to serve you better.
In recent security news, Apache Foundation released an emergency update for a critical zero-day vulnerability in Log4j, a ubiquitous logging tool included in almost every java application. To mitigate any potential vulnerability to GoCo provided services, we have blocked access to the following services listed below while we continue to review any potential areas of impact from the Apache Log4j exploit. This list will be updated if more services are identified. At this time, we have no indication that any GoCo services have been compromised and all actions are considered precautionary given the potential risk surrounding this zero-day exploit.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, the security and protection of your network and services is our number one priority.
Most circuits have been rerouted and services should be back on-line. We continue to work with a small number of customers to ensure that all services are operational. If your service is still not operational please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.
Our on site technicians have identified the issue and have begun rerouting internet traffic for all affected customers. We anticipate that all circuits will be restored prior to 12:00 ET.
We are currently experiencing an internet outage for some bluArc customers. Our technicians are on site redirecting traffic and repairing an affected piece of equipment. Status will be updated as we get more details about repair timeline.
Please be advised that today’s outage has been resolved and connectivity should be restored.
We identified an issue with a core piece of equipment which needed to be replaced. Internet services should be back online now, however if you are still experiencing any issues please let us know.

We have identified the issue as a failed network node. We are working on rerouting traffic and replacing the failed equipment.
