Most circuits have been rerouted and services should be back on-line. We continue to work with a small number of customers to ensure that all services are operational. If your service is still not operational please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.
Our on site technicians have identified the issue and have begun rerouting internet traffic for all affected customers. We anticipate that all circuits will be restored prior to 12:00 ET.
We are currently experiencing an internet outage for some bluArc customers. Our technicians are on site redirecting traffic and repairing an affected piece of equipment. Status will be updated as we get more details about repair timeline.
Please be advised that today’s outage has been resolved and connectivity should be restored. We identified an issue with a core piece of equipment which needed to be replaced. Internet services should be back online now, however if you are still experiencing any issues please let us know. Once again we apologize for this downtime…

We have identified the issue as a failed network node. We are working on rerouting traffic and replacing the failed equipment.
